MAY 5 - Wine Connoisseur Vertical Tasting with Chris Tyrrell

Chris will host a vertical tasting of Australia's top Semillons - you will learn about colours, smells, tastes, with a hands on course in vintage at the Hunter Valley and taste 8 spectacular wines from this renowned family winery

MAY 6 - Wine and Seafood Dinner hosted by Chris Tyrrell
from 6.30pm - $89 per person, strictly limited places

Dining and wining with Chris Tyrrell - a heavenly wine and seafood match made in the Hunter Valley. For lovers of perfectly matched white wine and delectable seafood - Wine maker Chris Tyrrell and Wine Odyssey Chef Mark Beattie have created a series of tastings of six fine wines matched with stunning local seafood.
